we stayed in twin room with many extra amenities. the hotel's location was top, next to the bus station, shopping area and main street, and the centre.

Airy and soundproof room with great view and bar, as for instance, and the pool was great.

The staff were exceptionally nice. I loved my stylish room. - the location was relatively near Don Diego de la Noche. - the residential area was perfect for me. - the restaurant here was nice till 11pm for dinner.

Our room door lock was broken. Spa/swimming pool area was out of commission.

The design of this hotel is spectacular. Particularly to note: The color scheme, the use of rough material together with furniture choice. But most of it, the originality of the architecture makes it a must-stay place. It is located not far from city strip, but slightly overlooking the lake, which makes for fantastic views from the rooms and the beautiful bar and lounge area.

Check out time is a bit early for this high-end hotel category (10am - pushable to 11am), and swimming pool could have been cleaner.

Yummy breakfast with a good variety of healthy options to choose from. the double room I stayed in had a cool coffee machine and a nice big bathroom. 😋

New building, awesome location very close to the Torres del Paine national park, a hill with a neighbor across the street and the public areas. Also, close enough to the city center.

The hotel is located an easy walk from the main street of El Calafate. The hotel is very modern and nicely fitted out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.
